Candidate experienced in banking/finance service industry is sought to review Client Due Diligence whilst adhering to compliance and business requirements. He/she will act as owner of all onboarding cases; contribute to efficiency and process development for Client Service Support; liaise with key stakeholders so that cases are completed in a timely and efficient manner; provide guidance and support for complex corporate structures; communicate the progress of cases with relevant people; support continuous process improvement; production of MI.
Candidate must have focus on delivering a seamless client onboarding experience; strong analytical, communication, influencing and negotiating skills; ability to prioritise and make decisions; attention to detail; track record in excellent service delivery with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over “Quality”; excellent knowledge of KYC, AML and Due Diligence in respect of private clients, corporate entities, partnerships and complex structures including trusts; able to effectively manage expectations and handle conflict.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
