Our client seeks the ideal candidate to develop and deliver an exceptional HR systems and processing, MI and outsourced payroll processing model. He/she will be hands on and provide data sources; design reports and dashboards; support training and marketing; anticipate future business requirements, analyse trend and apply benchmark data; lead on change management; assist with projects; maintain systems access. The successful candidate will have law/IT/finance experience; business reporting experience; HR systems/applications and MS Office expertise; can do attitude; strategic thinking; excellent project management, communication, time management, organising, influencing and persuasive skills; service driven/client oriented; relationship builder; solution and improvement driven.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
