Role will involve basic bookkeeping; invoices, expenses and payroll handling; planning and arranging events; communicating with suppliers regarding projects; arranging meetings and dealing with visitors and reception; maintaining office supply stock lists; managing employee holiday requests; supporting minor website content changes and site updates (training provided).
Candidate should be good team player with strong MS Office, telephone and communication skills; numerate and accurate; excellent attention to detail; self motivated, outgoing and direct; self organised; able to work with minimum supervision.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
