Our client seeks the ideal candidate to manage a lifecycle of projects and specific workstreams to improve risk and performance, liaising with stakeholders to ensure deliver to time, cost and quality.  He/she will analyse data to identify problems and opportunities; evaluate risks and make recommendations for mitigation strategies; identify resources required to deliver project outputs.  The successful candidate will have experience of change management, delivering strategic projects, and project methodologies, including analytical tools/techniques and process modelling; understanding of company processes and functions; strong networking, organisation and MS Office skills; PRINCE2/Agile prof qual; able to prioritise and work on own initiative.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
