As co-founder and Managing Director of Thomas & Dessain, Rosy is experienced as both a business leader and recruitment specialist who is also qualified as a Certified Master Coach and a psychometric tester and mediator.
Rosy has particular expertise within the legal sector and heads up our legal practice, where she provides guidance to lawyers seeking to progress their careers and to firms wanting to recruit the brightest talent in offshore jurisdictions and London.
Renowned as a search and selection specialist, Rosy works with clients from the legal, financial, retail, online and manufacturing sectors to find executive, director-level and senior candidates. Businesses and candidates value her ability to match people with positions, even when they are not advertised, require the highest levels of discretion or the identification of people with specialist skills who could not normally be discovered through traditional recruitment methods.
As well as her formal skills, Rosy offers highly confidential career discussions for professionals and lawyers who are at a crossroads in their career, or would just like to talk about the marketplace.
In addition to her work in the recruitment sector, Rosy holds a number of non-executive positions, including a role as a member of the Governing Body for the Institute of Law in Jersey, and active roles on the committees of several local charities.
