In the Community
We are committed to supporting the communities in which we work and support a number of charitable organisations -The Aspire Charitable Trust is a unique Jersey charity founded in 2015 to provide quality education and training, employment opportunities and meaningful activities for people with learning disabilities and autism.
It operates through a wholly-owned Jersey company - Beresford Street Kitchen Limited, a multi-faceted social enterprise that re-invests all its profits back into the charity and where trainees and apprentices with learning difficulties can gain practical employment experience. The charity’s vision is of an inclusive workforce, where people with learning disabilities have the opportunity to maximise their potential, be recognised for their skills, and be regarded positively and with respect.
Mentoring & Tutoring
We understand that today's students are tomorrow's leaders, and have established 1-2-1 Mentoring to help young people who are on the cusp of entering the employment market to reach their full potential.

Coaching
We are delighted to have Natalie Clare working with us on specific assignments. With her wealth of experience, she supports our candidates who are moving into senior roles or who are already at senior level and would benefit from one to one coaching and guidance on senior level Interview techniques and presentation skills. We want to set our candidates up with the best chance of success and offer them as much support as possible.
Natalie is an expert on Authentic Leadership with a special interest in women’s leadership. A Speaker, Entrepreneur and HR professional with 20 years’ HR experience up to Global Director level.
Working with high achieving leaders, she helps them overcome self-judgement, increase confidence and develop their authentic leadership style and voice so that they can command the recognition and respect they deserve, as well as achieve a more successful career and balanced life.
Throughout her career and businesses, she has always been drawn to leadership and talent development.
