Senior Associate, Client Data Services
12 month secondment ensuring all client data used, managed and controlled effectively and for purpose. Role involves coaching and training team; acting as escalation point for issue management, dispute resolution and validation of non routine enquiries; referring data issues using discretion; communicating continuous process improvements in line with changes to operating and/or regulatory environment; liaising with key stakeholders; ensure problems resolved to reduce risk; assist with control data reports; manage business and regulatory projects to defined deadlines; maintain control environment; produce MI.
Candidate will have experience validating KYC/CDD documentation; experience supervising teams in high pressure environments; track record in excellent service delivery; good understanding of WMI regulatory environment; able to manage complex and non routine issues; able to make fast decisions and escalate issues. A plus would be understanding of operation of various systems in use and intrasystem connections and relationships, as well as ability to articulate data management requirements to other stakeholder groups.
