Description

Postholder will collaborate with team to manage client’s portfolio, offering advice from internal processes.  He/she will pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by manager or clients; becoming expert in technical matters and share knowledge with team; ensure client records clearly updated with all correspondence; communicate regularly with clients; maintain client documents; support with opening of bank accounts; provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks; establish good relationships with all suppliers, team mates and clients; drive personal development using all the resources available; accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced; produce and submit all statutory returns.

Requirements are being able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative; being committed and driven to achieving excellence for self and client; strong academic background; being pro active and forward thinking; studying towards professional qualification such as ICSA/ STEP.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
