Our client seeks the ideal candidate to provide NavOne support to Group Businesses and users; attend educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies and user groups; contribute to team effort by working with business users and technology to deliver projects and solutions that drive efficiencies; planning and delivery of upgrades, bug fixes, user driven ideas and initiatives; knowledge and deep understanding of preparing and managing the execution of testing pre-live deliverables from external application managers; project managing user acceptance testing for new and upgrades to applications; provide support for help desk issues to cover absences of wider team.
Experience in supporting NavOne Application is essential, as is at least 3 years of experience in Applications and Technology Support; broad understanding of technology and all its applications; excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of external and internal clients; high level planning skills to control effective use of resources and execute Application delivery projects; ability to work on own initiative to find creative solutions that create efficiencies; ability to stay calm and work effectively under time pressures; energy and willingness to occasional work outside of “normal” office hours and weekends as required.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
