Assistant Company Secretary
Exciting role handling Group Finance: budgeting and forecasting, creating interim and annual financial statements, facilitating internal mergers and acquisitions, dealing with analysts and investors; provide guidance and meeting support; advise directors and management on governance matters; oversee compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements management of day-to-day corporate administration; provide effective stakeholder management; ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Candidate will have a National Certificate in Business Commerce; preferably hold ACIS (Chartered Secretary) or ACA (Chartered Accountant) qualification; 3-4 years company secretary experience in finance wealth management and banking solutions, operating effectively at board level; strong leadership, communication and business administration skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
