Assistant Manager, Funds
Great role opportunity to manage client portfolio, offering advice, communicating with clients and maintaining/updating client records, and developing great team and client relationships. Candidate will keep updated with industry developments and with AML and KYC requirements and report any concerns; ensure client service meets service standards; play key role in business developments; ensure compliance with risk management policies; review team workloads and be approachable and supportive, offering guidance and training; be innovative with efficiency improvements; record time spent for invoicing purposes in dealing with client affairs; review aged debt and adhere to debt management protocol.
Candidate must be at least ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified; proven experience in fund admin; knowledge of local legislation/corporate governance; broad understanding of wide range of fiduciary products; strong people management skills and ability to lead and inspire; team player; problem solving and communication skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
