Associate Director – Compliance & Operational Risk Control Specialist
Candidate interested in regulatory developments is sought to provide technical advice and guidance to internal customers on regulations and their application in
Jersey; perform control processes, including effective supervision, to appropriately manage regulatory risks; track regulatory changes and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate management; oversee remediation of any emerging regulatory risk control issues; ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and legislation.
Candidate will have at least 5 years experience in regulated banking, investment, and/or trust company business; able to work to tight deadlines; strong communicator; flexible; able to prioritise and multi-task; detail oriented; articulate and able to formulate clear guidance to internal stakeholders; experience in gap analysis and process improvement to upgrade existing compliance and operational risk processes; able to identify and assess compliance and operational risk; team player; MS Office proficiency.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
