Client Advisor Assistant, Financial Intermediaries Team
Our client is seeking the ideal candidate who can help support the front office while servicing clients. He/she will support Relationship Managers, Business Developers and Desk Head; ideally be the point of entry for processing client orders; make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed; carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting; keep in contact with internal and external clients.
Candidate has knowledge of banking operations; experience dealing with clients and supporting relationship managers or other similar stakeholders; great computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs; RDR compliant level 4 qualification or above would be advantageous but not essential; people person who can stay calm under pressure; passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills; team player; detail-oriented.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
