Our client seeks the ideal candidate to define detailed business requirements and help design, develop, analyse and test business process and/or system changes; understand processes and applications and identify problem areas, control weaknesses and gaps, and identify areas of improvement; trace requirements through the lifecycle of development and implementation; participate in the change management activities once the defined solutions are at implementation stage; conduct research, including facilitating workshops, to detail business process flows; define the business information model including data definitions, if required by the solution; perform gap analysis against existing processes to understand the impacts of proposed changes; ensure that business owners are clear on the change impacts.
Requirements are Degree/Diploma in Business Admin/Commerce/Computer Science; Prince II/equivalent; CBAP/CCBA; proficient in tools, methods and engagement models in order to analyse and develop business solutions; good business analysis practices; able to determine which of the methods to apply depend on complexity of project/change; able to evaluate alternative solutions, research internal and external best practice and make recommendations to business owners on how to improve processes or systems.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
