Client Relationship Manager – Funds
The purpose of this position is to jointly administer a limited portfolio of Fund structures and act as first point of contact. Postholder will co-ordinate legal, tax and professional advice; develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships; attend and minute client board and shareholder meetings; ensure preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines; act as “B” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines adhered to and professional quality service provided to clients and outside contacts; assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent and management of aged debtors; supervise and assist in the training and development of staff; participate in the appraisal process for members of staff.
Candidate will have 2 – 3 years fund administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent); sound technical financial services knowledge; IT skills are essential; ideally some people management experience; evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship; training will be provided, in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance professional development; quick to learn new systems and great with people.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
