Great opportunity for the right person to execute and support all Logical Access Management activities from on-boarding to leaver requests in Wealth International. Postholder will perform hardware set-up and hardware inventory management; provide first response to the provisioning, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing of workplace IT services and technologies such as appropriate application access, desktops, laptops, smart phones and tablets and other devices in WIN; conduct training on induction applications and support the production functions whilst providing support to the business and IT Teams to ensure the efficient running of the IT service delivery across all WIN jurisdictions, adhering to IT procedures and standards and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements; maintain stock levels and report on related proposals; conform to financial and client audits; contribute to the education of End User support through use of knowledge base articles and knowledge transfer sessions; carry out warranty processes for defective equipment; technical configuration of new devices; manage equipment orders for projects; ensure SLAs are being met.

Candidate will have National Certificate/Diploma, and preferably a degree, in IT; MS service products experience is essential as is the ability to understand technical information regarding PCs, including working knowledge of desktop applications (such as Microsoft Office and e-mail); 1-2 years IT and Business Support experience; must be GCSE qualified, preference to be ITIL Foundation certified and have a good knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation; basic MAC/Apple experience; good Citrix experience; proficient in Active Directory and Bank Bespoke Applications.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
