Postholder will execute and support all LAM activities from on-boarding to leaver requests in WIN; perform hardware set-up and hardware inventory management/stock levels; provide first response to the provisioning, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing of workplace IT services and technologies such as appropriate application access, desktops, laptops, smart phones and tablets and other devices in WIN; conduct training on induction applications and support production functions, business and IT Teams; highlight and escalate all non-conforming LAM applications; report monthly fulfilment service metrics; make account amendments and hardware adjustments and moves; follow operating procedures and suggest improvements; comply with framework contracts; carry our warranty processes effectively for defective equipment; effective evaluation and progression of new and non-standard hardware and software requests; manage desktop related equipment orders for projects and ensuring accurate update of both goods receipt and asset management through to deployment and disposal; ensure hardware has appropriate security levels applied.

Candidate will have National Certificate/Diploma in IT and preferably an IT Degree; 1-2 years business support and IT experience with excellent MS service products knowledge; ability to understand technical information regarding PCs, including working knowledge of desktop applications such as MS Office, e-mail; must be GCSE qualified; preferably ITIL Foundation certified with good knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation; proven ability of support and great customer excellence experience – delivering to Stakeholder is essential and professional/adaptable working style appropriate; knowledge of Apple/MAC, Citrix, Active Directory and Bank Bespoke applications.
