Great opportunity on 1 year FTC ensuring provision of reception and general office support. Candidate will ensure clean and well maintained office facilities; manage switchboard and visitors; maintain internal telephone extension list; induction of new employees; issue security cards and manage security procedures; administer postage and manage mail circulation; administer tax correspondence; manage courier service; manage client and visitor transport and employee work travel arrangements; oversee stationary supplies; set up and clear meeting rooms including food; support in set up and organisation of events, including client marketing and employee events; support providers of onsite maintenance; ad hoc secretarial support.

Candidate will have strong customer facing skills; excellent communication skills; flexible approach; ability to multi-task; proven ability to provide varied reception and general office support services; must deliver the role with a positive approach.
