Corporate Service and Real Estate Officers
Our client is seeking the ideal candidate to oversee a varied portfolio containing regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities including funds, trusts and companies. He/she will assist with preparing and collating KYC and CDD files; updating various business and administration systems; ensure effective cash management and cash reconciliation; process business and client payments; raise client invoices; assist with business projects; ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and reporting; assist with year-end audits, preparation of annual financial statements and quarterly management accounts; reconcile key balances periodically; maintain statutory records; prepare regulatory returns; assist with organising board and shareholder meetings and with preparation of board minutes; assist with daily funds operations and follow up with investors and clients.
Requirements are to be A Level/Degree educated; hold/be studying towards ICSA/ACCA; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong MS Excel and Word skills; strong communication skills; ambitious.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
