Financial Reporting Manager – Technical Level 2
Postholder will support client facing teams with their day to day accounting queries/updates and be the subject matter expert on relevant laws and regulations. He/she will review quarterly/annual financial statements prepared by the accounting teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of the amounts and disclosures and as part of cold review process to ensure reporting standard processes followed; vigilant on accounting updates; ensure adherence with FATCA/CRS, Dodd Frank, BEPS and AIFUM and provide guidance on same; attend client meetings; conduct training for accounting and regulatory updates.
Requirements are 4-6 years PQE with a 'Big 4' member plus ACCA/ACA qualification; sound technical financial services knowledge; IT and spreadsheet skills essential; interpersonal and relationship management skills; people management experience; great with people and quick to learn new systems.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
