Description

Purpose of role to develop and lead implementation of Wealth International Customer Experience Strategy, roadmap, governance frameworks and standards, to transform client experience, to represent client voice through collection and analysis of client feedback and, using the insights gained, lead WIN user experience projects to put the client at the centre of digital design and ensure alignment across digital channels and other client touchpoints.  Specific areas are strategy development, client centricity, project management, and analysis and insights, user experience, change management and communication, employee engagement, continuous improvement, risk management and compliance, financial management and thought leadership, stakeholder engagement and best practice.

Candidate will have A Level/equivalent in Consumer Services; preferably degree in Business Commerce and/or certificate in Project Management; 5-7 years digital platforms experience; 5-7 years customer experience management in financial services and/or fast moving consumer goods; be client focused; knowledge of banking processes and procedures.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
