Head of HR and Training
Postholder will effectively manage employees in following areas: policy development and documentation; compliance with regulatory matters such as GDPR; reviewing contracts and the Handbook; dealing with grievances and disputes; employee development and training; employee welfare, wellness and health; ability to help on board new IT systems; any ad hoc situations that arise.
Requirements are relevant professional qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience; good team player; high work ethics; excellent communication skills; good knowledge of regulations and practices; suitable IT skills. External course to support all employment and regulatory updates will be proposed; after passing probation any training considered to be necessary for the role will be undertaken.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey.
