Great role opportunity managing selected portfolio of trusts and companies.  Postholder will provide expert technical support including with regulatory requirements; ensure client policies implemented; keep up to date with changes in legislation and interest rate movements; ensure statutory returns prepared and submitted and client records kept up to date; undertake reviews of financial statements; complete client take-on and review processes; maintain client relationships; recommend efficiency improvements; conduct meetings and produce minutes; review team workload; ensure team training; handle recruitment, discipline and resourcing; assist with budgeting, client time charging, performance monitoring, billing and quotations; contribute to growth strategy.

Candidate will be at least ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified; possess sound trust administration experience; management experience, preferably of large team; experience holding board positions and as authorised signatory;  knowledge of local legislation/corporate governance; broad understanding of fiduciary products and corporate services products offered; strong communication skills; good team player; solution focused.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
