Manager – Corporate Services
Great role opportunity to manage selected portfolio of Trusts and Companies along with team, offering advice and providing technical support to administrators. He/she will implement all client policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements, and ensure team members au fait with these; keep up to date with current industry issues such as exchange rate changes and legislation changes; ensure all statutory returns prepared and submitted and client records up to date; undertake reviews of financial statements and other legal/technical documents; contribute to growth strategy and team/management strategy sessions; assist with budgeting, monitoring against performance, review of staff time charging, preparation of quotations for potential and existing clients, and billing; manage client and team relationships; conduct meetings and produce minutes and resolutions; liaise with clients; complete client take-on process and client reviews; conduct client visits; assist with accounts preparation function coordination for team clients, including liaising with auditors;' review and report on daily team workload; be innovative in efficiency improvements; guide, mentor, counsel and train team; ensure compliance; oversee recruitment, appraisals and disciplinary issues.
Requirements are at least ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified; comprehensive trust admin experience; management experience, preferably of a large team; board position and authorised signatory experience; knowledge of local legislation/corporate governance; understanding of range of fiduciary products and specific corporate services products offered globally; strong people management, problem solving, and communication skills; good team player; ability to inspire junior team members.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
