 REDUCED HOURS / FLEXIBLE WORKING OPPORTUNITY - This is a new position supporting the Executive team and our client seeks 2 part time individuals – 1 x morning and 1 x afternoon; however, could potentially consider 1 x full time individual.  Role involves coordinating travel bookings and itineraries; preparing for meetings, organising agenda packs and taking minutes; requesting data such as financial information reports and key client relationship updates; maintaining shared electronic filing system; updating structure charts; processing expense and payment authorisations.

Candidates will need to have proven executive support experience at Partner / Director level providing support with scheduling of meetings, production of agendas, data collation, diary management and travel itineraries; be self-motivated and organised individuals, who approach each task with enthusiasm and professionalism; proficient in MS Office 2010; flexible; team player; able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; strong organisational and communication skills.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
