Team Leader – Global Support Team
Our client offers an exciting new position to support the wider GST. This post would suit a motivated and agile leader who is keen to drive collaboration across the team further. Candidate will performance manage 15 support staff; ensure team receive adequate training and work to best practice and processes; cross skill and problem solve; conduct weekly team meetings; build commercial awareness and promote use of technology suite; promote GST brand; be innovative regards improving client services; work with fee earners; seek feedback.
It is essential for individuals to have 2-3 years proven leadership experience, managing a fairly large team with responsibility for performance management, development and coaching. Innovation and efficiency is a focus within the team and individuals will be expected to manage workflows accordingly improving services and making efficiencies as required; technology experience to make improvements; able to manage high workflow volumes and use initiative; able to adapt to change; able to prioritise; superior organisational and planning skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
