Our client seeks the ideal candidate to provide full range of statutory and company secretarial services to client facing teams ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, whilst observing best practice and provide support to ensure the business meets its tax reporting obligations and proactively manage upcoming tax and legislative changes.  He/she will maintain accurate statutory records for client base; provide secretarial related advice and support to client facing teams; assist in identifying and meeting regulatory obligations; working knowledge of relevant jurisdictional regulatory obligations; work in tandem with client teams to ensure that statutory registers are up to date and all necessary changes are notified to the Company Registrar within the required time frames; ensure good quality, complete and up to date set of records for all companies in the Group to meet legal and regulatory requirements; involvement with statutory/reporting projects; awareness of policies and procedures required by law/regulation and /or agreed by Board.

Candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within the Trust industry (suitable for individuals who have previously held a client facing role); be well organised and have the ability to deliver and work under pressure; excellent relationship management skills, be adaptable, and have a can do attitude when looking at new business coupled with a commercial approach to risk; prior knowledge of jobstream would be advantages but training can be given; good FATCA skills required.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
