Our client seeks the ideal person to provide clerical and admin support to finance function.  He/she will process unpaid invoice reminders; reconcile bank accounts and input transactions; liaise with banks, law firms and service providers; deal with internal and client enquiries; liaise with Partners and Fee Earners in respect of unpaid invoices, and provide reports; assist with billing portals; undertake database admin to ensure data maintained and updated; process write offs and account closures; deal with general office duties.

Candidate will have strong academic background and be well versed in desktop programmes including MS Office suite, including Excel to Intermediate/Advanced level; experience within office environment an advantage; no previous accounting/finance experience required.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
