Trustee and Depositary Services Administrator
Exciting role opportunity to review and deliver client/fund documentation instructions in line with procedures and local regulatory requirements ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are adhered to and ensuring no exposure to regulatory criticism. Duties involve answering client queries on trustee and depositary related affairs; complete regular fund checks; monitor daily operational workflows and anticipate problems to mitigate the risk of errors and financial loss/reputational damage; assist with preparing and minuting Trustee Board Meetings; support other team members; report any breaches/potential breaches/errors/incidents to ensure they are logged and resolved in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Candidate will have basic understanding of global custody and banking procedures; reasonably knowledge of Jersey funds legislation, including relevant Code of practice; at least 2 years in securities services role/Trust/Funds environment; IT across variety of applications; accuracy; attention to detail; strong organisation and communication skills; client focus; team work; adaptability.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
