Post holder will be responsible for acting as the main liaison and point of contact for certain clients and overseeing financial information of a portfolio of real estate fund clients.  Candidate will be important link between management and junior staff and review work produced; attend training; take part in setup of alternative investment funds and liaise with independent tax specialists and lawyers; oversee funds operations and follow up with investors and fund managers; handle fund’s accounts and collaborate in preparation of periodic and regulatory reports for fund’s entities; prepare funds’ periodic management reporting and year-end financial statements, coordinating the audits, and reviewing other fund related reports; coordinate investor onboarding, capital calls and distributions; issuing shareholder statements; organise and participate in board and shareholders' meetings.

Requirements for the role are to be qualified/nearly-qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA); 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the fields of alternative investment fund administration, audit firms or domiciliation; team spirit; capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
