A 12 month FTC to ensure that all client data is used, managed and controlled effectively and fit for purpose.  The role involves supervising workstreams, setting standard for client-centric service approach, escalating issue management/dispute resolution and validating non-routine enquiries. Candidate will maintain control environment; provide coaching; audit team performance; ensure data integrity; complete control and data reports; deliver user acceptance testing and post implementation verification testing; foster innovation and improve business processes; support projects and regulatory changes.

Candidate will have good understanding of regulatory environment; excellent service delivery; able to make quick decisions and handle problematic situations; KYC/CDD experience; systems operational understanding; wealth management experience; trust & company structure knowledge; articulate; MS Word and Excel, Macros and Visual Basic knowledge.
