Our client seeks the ideal candidate to ensure effective use of finances, helping plan budgetary control, ensure cost efficiencies/expenditure control and maximise profits/income generation with best use of resources and necessary investment in resources.  Role involves ensuring policies in place to protect against fraud and financial mismanagement. 

Role involves managing payroll, bank accounts, petty cash and cash flow; processing GST; paying supplies and expenses, reclaiming monies owed; bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reports; carrying out audits; ensuring systems patient information correct and best use; ensure confidentiality of data and conformity to the Data Protection (Jersey) Law (2005) and GDPR Law (2018); review and report finance procedures; check data inputting.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
