Our client seeks the ideal candidate to manage RE Fund and corporate client related administration functions and services.  He/she will supervise team; supervise risk management process and culture; oversee client relationships; oversee training and appraisals; set and monitor team performance against objectives; discharge fiduciary obligations; identify new business opportunities; participate in recruitment and induction, including probation reviews; manage absence, budgets and overtime; maintain Job Descriptions; ensure compliance; manage performance and HR staff issues; contribute to annual compensation review and leaver processes.

Table 4 qualification and commecial and fiduciary risk awareness are required, together with sound knowledge of fund, trust & company law, fiduciary principles and legislation, and “Proceeds of Crime Law”; business planning, problem solving and organisational skills including change management; sound practical knowledge of Trust deeds and UK tax legislation applicable to institutional structures; good understanding of corporate sec and director duties; strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
