As a Manager candidate will use experience acquired as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritise tasks, and strong personal character to help meet client requirements and to ensure fund team performs and grows. Role involves acting as client contact, identifying possible problem areas, accurately measuring potential risks, and offering client solutions. Candidate will guarantee operational aspects and financial monitoring of client portfolio; manage service provider relationships; produce client reports and check Fund NAV reports; design systems to meet client needs; oversee internal fund projects and provide fund servicing solutions; monitor team work.
Candidate will have 5 to 10 years Funds experience; several years experience in PE fund administration, including NAV calculation, TA, tax compliance; experience with consolidation, IFRS accounting and the preparation of IFRS Financial Statements; experience of fund administration IT systems; ACA/ACCA qualification; act on own initiative; good team leader.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
