As the Manager candidate will use experience acquired as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, ability to prioritise tasks, and strong personal character to help meet client requirements and ensure fund team performs and grows. Team will benefit from good listening skills, tailored coaching, and planning.
Candidate will act as a central point of contact for clients, identifying possible problem areas, measuring potential risks, offering suitable client solutions, guaranteeing operational aspects, and overseeing financial monitoring of the client portfolio; manage service provider relationships; produce client reporting and checking of Fund NAV reports; coordinating and validating team work; assist in designing systems and process to meet client needs; take charge of some internal fund projects and work to provide fund servicing solutions.
Required are 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a Funds role; several years of experience in real estate or general fund administration, including NAV calculation, TA, tax compliance; experience with consolidation and IFRS accounting would be helpful; experience of fund administration IT systems; be qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Chartered Secretary (such as ICSA); can act on own initiative and lead a team of fund administration professionals.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
