Exciting opportunity for candidate with HR experience and preferably CIPD qualification to provide excellent client service; coordinate and administer new starter and on-boarding, and leaver processes; manage local Length of Service Awards process; manage changes in HR database; assist with employee relations; manage the entire recruitment process; ensure management system, payroll records, people files and HR records updated and maintained; manage risk.

Requirements of the role are excellent organisational, interpersonal, organisation, analytical, time management, prioritising, and communication skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and deal with changing priorities; ability to use own initiative and work independently; excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and relevant HR Systems; flexible and good team player; industry knowledge; knowledge of local employment legislation.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
