Our client seeks the ideal candidate to contribute to HR business strategy implementation, operational management and internal decision making.  Role involves assisting with roll out of fully integrated policies; ensuer procedures reviewed and up to date with Jersey, Guernsey and UK employment law and best practice; drive standards to ensure effective commercial and operational delivery; analyse HR information to identify trends in absence and any other key data; ensure relevant figures posted for reports; manage performance of HR Administrator Recruitment and Selection and Employee Relations; advise on best practice and solutions.

Candidate must have excellent working knowledge of Jersey, Guernsey and UK employment law; understanding of HR best practice; proven track record in delivering excellent HR results; ability to analyse data and identify risks and opportunities; experience in managing resources; ability to evaluate people and situations; good problem solving, communication, coaching, numeracy and organisation skills; able to multi-task, work on own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. 

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
