James is a highly effective business development and recruitment professional with international experience. He is an expert Sourcing Specialist for passive candidates across Accountancy, Trust and I.T.

James started his career in IT recruitment in London, before returning home to join the States of Jersey recruitment team across the board for the Financial and Legal sector giving him a good understanding of the businesses operating in such a vibrant jurisdiction.

James has worked alongside the majority of the large finance corporations on the Island and has long established relationships within the HR and recruitment teams giving him a good understanding of business process and culture.
