Description
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the effective running of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure supplier payments and customer receipt are appropriately managed and recorded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconciliation of customer/supplier accounts
- Efficient, accurate and timely processing of customer/supplier invoices
- Efficient and timely payment of suppliers and collection of debt
You will need:
- 1-2 years' experience within an administrative environment
- GCSE passes or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
