This role provides management support of the team to, help maintain and develop test cases for Banking and Payment operations, working with subject matter experts to expand test cases against system enhancements and for outsourced Malaysia partners; conduct quality assurance sampling checks, continually assessing training needs whilst providing subject matter expertise, act as an escalation point for issue resolution with Malaysia teams, production of metrics for outsourced Banking and Payment activities, assist with development of SLAs and key metrics, oversee operational procedures.
Candidate must have experience of supporting Banking & Payments activity within a high volume business, sound knowledge of banking products and UK agency clearing services, retails payments and operation control and workflows, a plus would be Qualified Banking or Qualified Securities professional and experience setting SLAs.
