Description
The role holder will help with management of Operations/Sales Ledger team responsible for activities across multiple regions with revenue in excess of GBP100m. He/she will help with management for monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual billing process for Time Spent, AUM and Fixed Fee billing; assist in annual fee review processes, coordination to determine uplifts to existing fees and roll delivery of new potential fees; provide assistance with oversight of multiple Billing email boxes to ensure delegation to meet agreed departmental turn-around time (SLAs); review and approval of more complex billing requests; ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery of necessary training relating to billing time and billing processes; provide support in respect of billing process review projects and process improvements.
Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; team player, ability to work well with a team; experience reviewing junior team member’s work; experienced in financial operations (sales ledger).
