Description
This role provides administrative support and relationship management to a complex client portfolio with more complex and significant levels of transactions unsupervised; reporting to direct report on significant transaction requirements; managing onboarding of new clients and collation of initial CDD documents; maintaining up to date task list for any direct client portfolio and overseeing maintenance of outstanding matters; undertaking probation, annual appraisal and development process with direct report; delivery and implementation of divisional strategy and business targets; liaising with clients and third parties; maintaining trust records and respective database administration; arranging statutory filings; acquisition/disposal of property, private equity investments, and acquisition/disposal of trust assets; collation of CDD and customer take on; review invoices and circulation to client; review of client financial statements.
Candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in finance industry; professional qualification in line with Table 5 requirements and working towards ICSA/equivalent; strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills; good leadership and ability to coach; sound understanding of trust and company structures and corporate governance, complex financial statements, Jersey statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements and legislation, and cash management processes and systems.
