- Degree/equivalent, preferably with legal qualification or governance/compliance/accounting qualification?
- Demonstrable experience in relevant role at a regulated business/legal background with experience of advising corporate services businesses?
- Excellent communication and technical knowledge of best practice for drafting policies?
- Focus on client service and high ethical standards:
- Significant attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills?
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently?
- Preferably an interest in technology and using new systems?

The successful candidate will review, update and develop policies for each operating jurisdiction involving independent research and working collaboratively with management team; ensure compliance with governance processes; support and lead projects to develop new services in reaction to client opportunities, regulatory change or service line development, in particular development of fund services solutions; analyse and map new legal and regulatory requirements; oversee training on policies; manage templates, checklists and processes; assist in identifying and assessing risks and controls; receive, review and implement feedback requests from team members in each jurisdiction; identify and implement workflow and process improvements; keep abreast of relevant legal and regulatory changes and industry standards.
Reduced hours would be considered.
