Description
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services, focusing on Periodic Review and CDD processes, providing advice and support to wider business and clients on a range of compliance, AML, CFT, CPF and risk management duties specifically connected to onboarding of new clients and investors, providing MI to stakeholders, identifying modifications to policies and procedures, identifying areas for staff training, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are achieved, mentoring junior staff and managing workload and performance reviews, supporting recruitment.
The successful candidate will ideally hold/be working towards Table 4 compliance qualification with detailed understanding of Trust and Fund AML, CDD, compliance and regulatory requirements; experience leading CDD and periodic reviews; strong communication, organisation, time management, reporting and presentation skills; good team player.
