Description
This is an exciting role providing administrative support for a broad range of litigation matters, including assisting with Legal Aid, contacting Magistrates and Youth Courts, booking appointments and liaising with clients including in custody, carrying out conflict checks, sourcing judgements, preparing Court bundles, arranging caselines access; liaising with Probation and Advocates; requesting funds for interpreters to book meetings and arranging interpreters; filing and clerical duties.
Candidates will have excellent organisational, analytical and IT skills, specifically excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Professional or Pdf Docs. They will be able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision and have strong verbal and written skills.
