  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and IT skills
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • desirably experience and enthusiasm in procurement, logistics, or similar
  • adaptability to change.

  • Experience as PA with keen eye for accounts.
  • Team player but able to work independently

This role ensures delivery of goods and services while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders, and will entail invoice and cost analysis,  handling expenses, arranging insurances and dealing with potential challenges, being present on site and working with tradesmen, attending architect/designer meetings and taking minutes; setting up new company, new domain name, holding page, bank account; attending call with UK team to understand project, note taking, emailing client details and suppliers in US for specific products and flow charts; contacting suppliers and checking stock levels for specific items; entering items into database; updating system for project presentations and setting up client events and presentations; chasing customs for items; paying GST and contractors; dealing with budgets, cashflow and account management.
