Description
Exciting role as part of the team responsible for combatting crime by ensuring accuracy and integrity of Jersey’s significant persons register and overseeing applications presenting higher risk factors and analysing cases identified by screening system and inspection program to authenticate beneficial owner, controller and significant persons information recorded in Registry and adhere to regulatory requirements. Postholder will lead and conduct thorough examinations on existing Jersey entities, report on data trends and identify and action potential issues; contribute in initiatives for improvement; identify and prepare prosecution cases regarding referrals to Attorney General for non-compliance; interviewing staff employed by licenced Trust company business and conduct file reviews.
Candidates must be self-driven and enjoy working collaboratively in evolving environment with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to manage workload to contribute to the bigger picture. Well-structured training and support will be provided.
