Description
This exciting role will play a pivotal part in creation and deployment of evolved framework to shape next strategic plan, ensure initiatives leverage advanced technology and data solutions,
enabling process improvement, automation, and enhanced financial controls while building digital and commercial capabilities. Postholder will shape service improvement internally and externally while maintaining competitiveness; beyond 2025 will navigate complex change programmes, including Registry transformation and deployment of a new Registry system, integration of the new Finance system, office relocation, and implementation of legislative changes.
This is a proactive, strategic leadership role, ideal for a candidate who is delivery focused with demonstrable experience of leading technology and data teams and proven track record
of delivering large-scale transformation programmes; strong strategic mindset and able to convert vision into success; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; expertise using technology and data to enhance organisational efficiency, regulatory effectiveness, and customer service; ideally a broad knowledge of Jersey's financial services and regulations.
