Our client is looking for a strategic leader of their Technology and Data team who will drive their evolution in becoming a digital regulator. This role provides the opportunity to shape future strategy through harnessing technology and data to secure greater excellence in customer service, efficiency and regulatory effectiveness. The candidate will focus on creating synergies between systems, regulated entities, and other stakeholders to drive the digitisation of financial services in Jersey.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, exemplary Leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts to suit diverse audiences. Expertise in using technology and data to enhance organisational efficiency.
