Description
This is an exciting role with IT duties to include the building of laptops, creation of new joiner packs, involvement in the leaver process and administration of the local service desk, and assisting Facilities Manager in DSE assessments, desk moves, fire warden and first aider administration and first response with G4S; acting as contact for contractors and ensuring works carried out correctly; help maintain buildings; assist in supply of stationery and consumables; replenish kitchen consumables; cover reception; basic maintenance and fault-finding on printers, copiers and fax machines including changing toners; carry out facilities check; administer smart card; ensure incidents resolved; deploy devices such as PCs, printer, copiers fax machines and mobile devices.
Requirements are understanding of Business Structure and IT fundamentals; able to create clear and concise documentation; time keeping and Prioritization skills; desirably general H&S training (Legionella, COSHH, Nebosh & DSE); good team player and able to work on initiative.
