Description
This diverse and interesting role is a key support for general finance and business decisions, working to produce financial insights needed and developing innovative solutions for business growth; assisting in preparing monthly management accounts; monitoring financial performance against KPIs; implementing PowerBI dashboards to satisfy MI needs; helping ensure new tools and technologies designed and implemented including PowerBI & Finance AI; challenging existing norms and identifying ideas for automation, reporting and analysis improvements; assisting with preparing revenue and cost budgets, plans and forecasts; assisting with audit and policy implementation; assisting with producing reporting to manage future performance; using business insights and detailed analysis for P&L management.; applying market and industry knowledge to business issues.
The successful candidate will be qualified accountant; technology minded with strong commercial awareness and analytical and problem-solving skills; able to demonstrate application of accounting standards; action oriented self-starter, focused on continuous improvement and driving change; strong communication and relationship skills; desirably PowerBi experience;
Entitled or Entitled to Work only. Travel will be required from time to time to UK and Guernsey.
